Rob Nolan

Managing Director
With over 30 years of fabrication & construction experience, Rob's construction career has provided him with opportunities to work in many sectors in Australia, Europe & North America. Rob oversees the day to day operations of the company, which involves constantly liasing with clients, builders & work crews, planning and implementing work programs, and organizing the correct manpower and equipment for each project. Rob has the unique ability to view problems presented instead as potential opportunities and to provide a fantastically skilled team and specialised equipment to overcome any challenges, regardless of complexity, on major construction projects.

Leading Hand, Crane Driver, Rigger
Robbie has been employed with OSE Riggers since 1995, and has been very instrumental in leading teams during complex projects involving both structural steel and precast panel erection. Many sites such as the recent 140William St, Cloisters and May Holman Centre redevelopments can be admired within the Perth CBD due to Robbie's exceptional leadership and skill base, and his ability to manage project expectations from clients and builders alike.

Leading Hand, Crane Driver, Rigger, Scaffolder
Glen has been employed with the company since 1996. He is a licenced boilermaker and has over 2 decades of construction experience in various activities such as scaffolding, rigging, tower crane & mobile crane operation. Whether the hard-working resident mobile 20t Kato crane is needed to lift materials within tight construction sites in the Perth CBD, or a capable night-shift crew leader is required for the 140William redevelopment, Glen is equally capable of managing either and everything in between with his authoritative and robust presence.

Leading Hand, Crane Driver, Rigger
With almost 30 years of construction experience and roughly half of that coming from being employed with the company since 1998, Stewy is a level-headed leader, an extremely hard worker and very easy to get along with. He has been in charge of the rigging works for major projects, such as the Perth Metro Underground Rail project between the William St & Esplanade stations, as well as for the new Perth Childen's Hospital in Nedlands. Clients can rest assured that Stewy is undaunted by any challenges presented to him and will invariably have a solution for them in next to no time.

Leading Hand, Crane Driver, Rigger
Matt started with OSE Riggers in 2006, and being an accomplished boilermaker with over a decade of fabrication and construction experience, he has quickly risen through the ranks to leading hand, and continually shows enthusiasm, diligence and professionalism in all work activities. He has successfully managed 3-4 work crews for the Westgate Subiaco office development project, where OSE Riggers erected the building's structural steel, precast concrete panels, Bondek flooring and glass façade.

Leading Hand, Crane Driver, Rigger
Silvio is a qualified boilermaker and has an almost infinite wealth of fabrication experience, especially with structural steel, and has over a decade's worth of installation and construction experience. Commencing employment with the company in 2009, it was quickly realised that if a problem was encountered where things didn't quite line up correctly onsite, Silvio was the man for the job as he would invariably have a quick solution at hand that would get things back on track quickly. He is also the resident expert for all the overhead gantry fabrication and erection.

Leading Hand, Crane Driver, Rigger
Ben only recently commenced employment with the company in 2010, however he has worked in the construction industry for over a decade. Ben has been involved in a number of major projects around Perth including the Ellenbrook Shopping Centre & Ocean Keys Shopping Centre redevelopments. Ben has the ability to build an excellent rapport with builders with a good sense of humour and a willingness to get a job done. Ben superbly capable of leading a team from the ground, up in a boom lift, or from behind the controls of a mobile crane.

On top of being a qualified boilermaker, Scott is also an exceptional rigger, but mostly importantly, he has a keen sense of being able to understand a project's needs and laying out the work flow so that his team has a very good understanding of what is needed from them to achieve great results. Having only just recently started with OSE Riggers in 2010, he has quickly shown that no job is too complex or difficult, from modifying a steel beam to erecting 200t of structural steel at the Perth Children's Hospital.
